As a buyer, you are free to use whatever bank or lender you choose to secure a mortgage on your new home. If you've already been pre-approved by your lender of choice - GREAT! That means you are on your way in the homebuying process.
It is in your best interest to get pre-approved before you start looking seriously for a new home. Doing so can help you avoid any problems up front with credit that may need to be resolved, and also lets you know how much home you can afford, and will give you an idea of your monthly mortgage payment. Also, sometimes certain homes may be pre-foreclosures or bank owned, and often these homes require that the buyer be pre-approved before they will allow you to submit an offer on a home.
I currently am working with a great lender - JP Morgan Chase, and Christian Penner is my contact there. If you haven't been approved for a new mortgage, feel free to fill out their mortgage application to get the process started. You can also email Christian Penner here for information about a mortgage, call him at 561-373-0987. Once you've been qualified, we will know how much house you are approved for, and can begin looking for your new home!
Christian can help clients in many situations find a loan that is right for them. From VA/FHA loans to 100% financing, he will do whatever he can to help you get approved for your dream home. Please tell him that Liane Jamason referred you!
